The following will be discussed: sail management, tiller control, and heaving to when sailing single-handed, and improved methods of sailing off our moorings. We will be happy to answer your Typhoon questions in simple non-technical ways. This session will focus on recreational Typhoon sailing.

About the event
One of the goals of the TCA is to improve communication between members and encourage discussions on ways to improve our Typhoons. In support of this effort, we will have open Zoom sessions on the first and third Tuesdays of each month for people to discuss any Typhoon subject. Zoom is a very easy to use application to conduct virtual meetings. All you need to do is click on the blue address at the bottom of this event. David Hemenway will host these virtual meetings and look forward to building a community of Typhoon people who want to learn from each other and to discuss aspects of Typhoon ownership. Hopefully, this will support people who would like to restore a Typhoon, but don't have the skills, knowledge, or courage to undertake such an adventure.
